Tovah Time Productions, LLC is a New York-based production company that specializes in the creation, development and production of television dramas, situation comedies, and non-scripted series, as well as feature films.

The principals of the company are Timberly Whitfield and Robert Allen. This husband-and-wife team are amazing storytellers, drawing from their unique backgrounds and experiences. She, the daughter of Black Panthers and then church lay missionaries in Africa, where Timberly spent her formative years, was host of her own daily talk show on the Hallmark Channel for six seasons, which also aired internationally. Robert, the youngest of eight siblings and the son of immigrants from Israel and Iraq, rose through the ranks of the NYPD, where he received a Master’s Degree in criminal justice, and a Fulbright Scholarship in Police Science in the U.K.

Their past no doubt informs their insightful work, as they use the power of storytelling to highlight true-lived experiences. Expanding all genres, these are stories and characters that audiences will talk about for years to come.

Tovah Time Productions is currently in development and negotiations with major production companies and U.S. and international networks on several ground-breaking original scripted and non-scripted television series.

Tovah [to-vah] in Hebrew means “good.” At Tovah Time, creating and producing quality entertainment never feels like work, because it’s their passion and they have a “good time” doing it.
